Apple devices keep IPTV setup simple — the player app is available right in the App Store, so there is nothing to sideload. This guide covers Apple TV (4th gen and later), iPhone and iPad, which all work the same way.
Before you start
What you need
- An Apple TV, iPhone or iPad connected to the internet
- Your IPTV Contact subscription details (server URL, username, password)
- A stable connection — 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
- About five minutes
Get the app from the App Store
Open the App Store
On your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
Search for an IPTV player
Search for a player such as Smarters Player Lite or another Xtream-compatible IPTV player. We recommend the best current option when we send your subscription.
Install and open
Download the app, then open it. Accept the terms of use when prompted.
Tip: App Store IPTV players change names from time to time. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the exact app to install right now for your Apple device.
Enter your login details
Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API"
On the app's login screen, select Login with Xtream Codes API — not the M3U URL option.
Enter your details
Type the username, password and server URL exactly as we sent them — they are case-sensitive. Give the profile any name, then save.
Start watching
The app loads the full channel list and on-demand library. Done — 20,000+ channels in 4K on your Apple device.

Yes — every plan includes 2 simultaneous connections, so you can watch on two Apple devices at the same time. Install the app on as many devices as you like.
Yes, there are free Xtream-compatible players. Some offer a paid upgrade with extra features, but a free player is enough to watch. Message us and we'll point you to the best current option.
This is almost always a typing error — the username, password and URL are case-sensitive. Re-check them carefully, and if it still won't connect, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your details.
Buffering is usually an internet issue. Check your speed (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). A wired Ethernet connection to the Apple TV, where possible, gives the most stable result.
