MAG boxes and Enigma2 receivers are set-top boxes built specifically for IPTV. They work a little differently from app-based devices: instead of installing a player, you point the box at a portal URL. This guide covers both, and our team is happy to help with this one if you'd like.
Before you start
What you need
- A MAG box or Enigma2 receiver connected to your TV and the internet
- Your device's MAC address (printed on the box, or shown in its settings)
- Your IPTV Contact subscription details
- A stable connection — 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
Important: MAG and Enigma2 setup often needs your MAC address registered on our side first. The quickest path is to message us your MAC address on WhatsApp — we'll register it and confirm the exact portal URL to enter.
Set up a MAG box
Find your MAC address
It's printed on a sticker underneath the box, and also shown in Settings → System Settings → About. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
Open the Portal settings
From the MAG main menu, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Enter the portal URL
In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal address we provide. Give Portal 1 any name, then save the settings.
Restart and watch
Restart the MAG box. It loads the portal and your full channel list appears. Done — 20,000+ channels ready.
Set up an Enigma2 receiver
Get your details ready
Enigma2 receivers (such as Zgemma and similar) use an M3U playlist or an IPTV plugin. Message us so we can provide the correct playlist link for your subscription.
Load the playlist
Using your receiver's IPTV plugin or the built-in playlist option, add the M3U link we send you.
Apply and reload
Save the configuration and reload the channel list. Your channels appear in the receiver's bouquet list.

MAG and Enigma2 are the most technical option. If you'd prefer something simpler, an app-based device is much easier to set up:
MAG & Enigma2 — FAQ
MAG and Enigma2 portals identify your box by its unique MAC address. Registering it on our side links your subscription to your specific box, which is how the portal knows to load your channels.
On a MAG box it's on a sticker underneath the device, and in Settings → System Settings → About. On Enigma2 receivers it's in the network settings. It looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.
Slightly — it involves a portal URL and MAC registration rather than a simple app login. It's still very manageable, and our team will guide you through it. If you want the easiest possible setup, a Firestick or Android box is simpler.
This usually means the MAC address isn't registered yet, or the portal URL has a typo. Message us your MAC address on WhatsApp — we'll confirm registration and the exact portal URL.
Most Enigma2-based receivers (Zgemma, Vu+, and similar) work via an M3U playlist or IPTV plugin. Message us with your receiver model and we'll provide the right setup method.
