Three things: a subscription, an internet-connected device (Firestick, Android, Smart TV, Apple TV, MAG or PC), and a stable connection — 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.

How do I subscribe?+

How fast is activation?+

Plans are 30 CAD for 3 months, 40 CAD for 6 months and 60 CAD for 12 months. The annual plan is the best value at about 5 CAD per month.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

Interac e-Transfer, PayPal and cryptocurrency. Interac is the fastest option for Canadian customers and confirms within minutes.

Is the price one-time or recurring?+

One-time. You pay once for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically — when your plan ends, you simply message us if you'd like to continue.

Do you offer a free trial?+

What is the money-back guarantee?+

Which devices are supported?+

Is setup difficult?+

No — most setups take under ten minutes. We provide a step-by-step guide for every device and our team helps on WhatsApp if you get stuck.

How many devices can I use?+

Every plan includes 2 simultaneous connections, so you can watch on two devices at once. You can install the app on as many devices as you like.

Do I need to buy any equipment?+

No. IPTV Contact runs on devices you likely already own. There's nothing to buy and nothing shipped to you.

Support & troubleshooting

How do I get support?+

Message us on WhatsApp any hour of the day, in English or French. We help with setup, troubleshooting and any question — usually within minutes.

My streams are buffering — what do I do?+

Buffering is usually an internet issue. Check your speed (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), use a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection, and restart your device. If it continues, message us.

My login isn't working+

This is almost always a typing error — the username, password and URL are case-sensitive. Re-check them carefully, and if it still won't connect, message us and we'll confirm your details.

Can I renew or extend my subscription?+

Yes — message us any time to extend. Your remaining days are kept, so you never lose what you've already paid for.
