Buffering is usually an internet issue. Check your speed (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), use a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection, and restart your device. If it continues, message us.
This is almost always a typing error — the username, password and URL are case-sensitive. Re-check them carefully, and if it still won't connect, message us and we'll confirm your details.
